Hyperion Financial Managment Connection Through VPN

While user connecting through VPN, user can not find Application Icon.
To allow menus to be displayed correctly, perform the following procedure: Client Machines
1. On the Internet Explorer menu bar, select Tools -> Internet Options
2. Select the Security tab
3. Select the web application's "zone", and click the Custom Level button.
4. Under the "Miscellaneous" heading, find the setting "Allow script-initiated windows without size or position constraints", and select the Enable radio button.
5. Close the dialog by pressing the OK button, confirming with the Yes button, and pressing the OK button again.
